Newly added “Featured Images” are sizing incorectly

Hi! Is there a standard size for featured images I should create to have them display correctly on the homepage? I'm importing a new header, which is sizing differently on my site than the other two. When I try to mimic the specs of the first two images that look correct, it's not fixing it. Thanks in advance for the help!
