new posts do not appear on blog page

Hello. My name is Christina and my site is http://bluemountainsconservancy.org/wordpress. The site is still under construction. I am very happy with the Catch Everest Theme in general. I have added two posts to the site. They appear in the archives, and I have had no problem putting them into the featured post slider. However, the posts do NOT appear in the "Blog" page that came with the theme. If you go to http://bluemountainsconservancy.org/wordpress/blog/ you will see I haven't altered the default settings for that page. But my posts do not show up there. Is there a problem with the code? What can I do to resolve this? I appreciate your help. Thanks in advance. Christina
