Need to change color of background for submit buttons and color of breadcrumbs

I'd like to change the red color on the back of buttons (contact template for example) as well as the breadcrumb and other hyperlinks which are now red to #007079 as well as the vertical line on the quote widget. I have customized every color palette I can find but cannot find any option to do this and red is just terrible for the colors I am using.Help!
