Need Help for Language Setting on Mobile Phone

Hello, My website is MyHappyChoice.com. Right now is up and running. The only problem is that on the mobile phone I could not see the Chinese language button. That means that I only can read English on the mobile phone. It works fine on the computer. It has shown both English and Chinese language buttons on the computer. Thanks
