Need assistance with child theme and using Pro

Greetings! I was using Adventurous Free with the supported child theme and made all my customizations in the child theme. I upgraded to Pro and the customizations are gone if the Pro theme is activated. If the Child theme is activated, I don't have the added benefits of Pro. What am I missing? Is there an Adventurous Pro Child Theme that I need to install and make the customizations on? Thanks!
