Navigation messed up after wordpress 6.3

The navigation line is now justified to the right and my social icons are no longer showing at https://charities2love.org/. Has this theme been updated for wordpress 6.3? What do I do?  I did go in to try to fix it but the backend looks different now. I am a novice and do not want to mess up my site further.  Please help.
