Navigation menu displayed twice in footer widget

Hello there dear Team, Today I purchased, installed and customized Photofocus Pro and I love it! But adding a navigattion to a footer widget I got displayed this menu twice then on my website footer. How does such happen? Is there some setting somewhere in my back end? In theme options? Thank you very much in advance for your quick and informative answer. Best regards Winfried
