My pro plugin has disappeared

Hi my paid for pro plug-in has disappeared from my WordPress installation. Is that something that you've done or what I've tried to re-upload the plug-in from my account? I downloaded the file but it keeps saying the plug-in failed to install. This is quite urgent.
