Move/Add Social Icons from Footer to Header?

Hi Guys! I'm really liking Catch Box so far how ever I have a few things I need worked out. How do I Move the Social Icons/Link such as Facebook, Twitter & YouTube from the Footer to the Top right of the Header? Or How do I add Images to the Top Right of the Header that link to Facebook...etc I have a little experience using Custom CSS But any help & Explanation would be great http://www.carlk3d.com/ Thanks CarlK3D
