Move up featured video on Home/Front Page

Hello, URL : www.accurateblack.com (audioman pro) I made a featured video and I want it to move up on the home/frontpage. out-lined between Header Media Logo and Site Header Text. if there is a possibility for a smaller size that would be great. Thank you, Gtrz, Michel
