Move the footer widgets 1-4

Pratik, Is it possible to move the footer widgets so that they display just above the footer (area where the copyright text displays)? I have elected to move the Featured Content to the bottom of the page, but then I noticed that when I put items in the footer widget areas, they display above the Featured Content. I would like to have it arranged thus throughout the site: Featured Content Footer widgets 1-4 Footer Is this possible? Thank you, F
