Move site description under site logo

hello, I have the catch theme pro and have two questions, as I cant do what I need in the Theme Options. 1. How do I move the "site description" under the Site logo 2. how do I move the "site title" in line with the site logo. but having the "site title" on the right hand side. site is topicblog.com.
