Move Site Description under Logo

Hello, I would like to move the site description underneath the logo. I understand this is easily done through the premium version, but wondering how I can utilize CSS code to move in the regular simple catch theme? My test site is www.hipandhealthykid.com I currently have the site description disabled as it moves everything around in its current position, but can re-enable if you need to see to advise. Thank you!
