Move search and social media icons

Hello, The position of the search and social media icons on my page causes there to be a huge empty gap between my header and my menu bar. Is there any way to move the search and social media icons to the footer? If not, How about moving the menu bar? My site is www.katiecharlesmcgrath.com. Thanks much, Katie
