Move page title above featured image

On a page, the title is displayed below the featured image. Some users suggest I move title above featured image so they know they are on the right page. Can I do that? My site is franciscanfriars.org. Pages "Conventual Charism" or "Vietnam Mission" are examples of pages where title is currently below the page featured image. Thanks.
