Move my 728×90 ad down on homepage

Hello, I would like to move my 728x90 ad down closer to the site title. The ad code is pasted in the Header and Footer Codes in the Theme Options. So far I was able to move the site down but now I need to do this for the ad banner also. I pasted links to show how I would like it to look.
