Move Menu Bar…

Hi Guys, I am totally loving this theme. I tried out the Catch Everest free theme, and just purchased Pro to support your 'cause'. I have modified some of the CSS, and am having fun with this. My question is: Is there a way to move the menu bar below the slider through CSS or does the php code have to be modified?
