Move Blog Title Heading

Hello, Is there a way to move the Blog Heading from within the Header Media to below the Header Media just before the start of the blog? Also, is there a way to change the blog heading colour to black? If unable to move the blog heading, is there a way I can turn off the heading or make it translucent as a work around? As you will see within the post, I have created a heading within the blog post text which I hope to replace the official 'heading' if unable to be moved.
