Mouse scrolling does not go down to static page

Hi, I am using the predefined content types (portfolio, services, testimonial etc.) and the last section is the static frontpage. When scrolling down with the mouse, the page does however not go down all the way to the static page (section #5), it only goes dowsn to section#4. Only by using the menu I can get down to section#5. Scrolling up works fine. Can somebody advise me how to fix this? the website is accessible via ashantidance.com
