Modify post page

Hi, I would like to modify my post page with the following changes : - center the post(s) name under the post(s) - I don't want to modify anything related to the portfolio, don't get me wrong AND - center the "see more" (articles plus anciens) button under the post shown AND - put my "plus" text back in the place of "articles plus récents". Indeed the text from the infinite scroll option is effective only with 2+ posts displayed which is annoying. I'd like my custom text (in infinite scroll option) to show even if there is only 1 post shown by default. OR - delete the "see more" (articles plus anciens) button under the post shown Thank you !
