Mobile view does not match theme settings – is this a theme issue?

1. Mobile phone view shows the entire blog posting, not a summary as the preview shows. 2. A page configured as a list of all blog titles only shows the last five, not the entire list while the entire list is seen when viewed on PC. Home page on PC shows summary.
