Mobile Responsiveness

On the Customization I have: Customizing ▸ Theme Options Responsive Design Check to Disable Responsive Design - no check Check to Enable Zoom in Mobile Devices - no check Check to Enable Footer Menu in Mobile Devices - check Yet on my cell phone, the site is not responsive.
