Mobile phone portrait formatting issue using Featured Slider

I am using Parallax Frame Pro, and I have a Featured Slider on the Homepage/Frontpage. It is a custom slider type using 1920x1080 sized photos. I do not use the Title or Link options but I do use the Content text for a short description which appears in the center of the photo. This looks and works great on a desktop, or landscape mode on a mobile phone, but does not look good on a phone in portrait mode. The theme does not scale the site logo image or Content text down to fit the screen properly. How do I make it do that? My logo is now 252x90 and I need to to be about half that on a phone in portrait mode since the slider only takes up about 1/3 of the screen. The text also needs to be a bit smaller, unless you can show me how to get rid of the Previous/Next arrows, which currently cover up some of the text. Landscape mode is fine.
