Mobile: Not displaying boxed layout or background color

Hello. Visitors have a problem with the layout of my website: www.fischer-werke.de by using mobile devices. I use the option boxed layout and a background image. With desktop devices everything's fine. But with mobile devices the boxed layout with white color isn't displayed and text cannot be read. Is there a way to fix it? Hope you can help me.
