Mobile navigation menu list appears below site

Hi - I find that the theme adds mobile navigation menu lists in bullet form (links) beneath the footer for no reason. It does that regardless if I load the site from a desktop, laptop, or mobile device. The lists appear three times, for #mobile.top.nav, #mobile.header.left.nav, and #mobile.footer.nav and I have no idea where this originates from. It only does that when I am LOGGED OUT from my Google account and my WordPress account. In other words, when I am testing from within WordPress all looks good. Only when I am logged out, the bullet menu appears. What causes this and how do I remove it? Tks
