Mobile Navigation Issue

When the screen is in mobile navigation styling mode (icon at top of page) after wordpress has just recently updated within the past few days to the latest version 4.7.3 the mobile navigation bar does not upon the menu anymore. In the website URL shows up https://ukuta.com/#mobile-header-left-nav and nothing happens as typically the left side bar slide out for the menu to appear. Is there a reason that this no longer is working? I have just updated the JOMSOM theme to 1.1 as well. website URL is www.ukuta.com Thank you,
