Mobile menus missing

Hello, I have a client who can't see her site menus on her mobile device. She's using an android phone but I can see them on both of my blackberries (which I keep because they're so limited, I figure if something works on those, it'll work on anything) so I have no idea what to tell her or what to check from my end to see if/what can be fixed.
