Mobile menu not functioning

My website works perfectly on desktop, however, on a mobile device, the menu appears as the blue default Wordpress menu. At the bottom of the page on mobile, there is a footer that says "View full site" once that is clicked the site appears how it should. Is it possible to have the default on Mobile be the full site? Thank you!
