Mobile Menu Not Expanding

Using Audioman Pro, the mobile/responsive navigation menu is not expanding when the button is clicked. Site is http://shefunkband.com/ I have tried disabling all plugins and removing all custom CSS but nothing has worked so far. Any help greatly appreciated.
