Mobile menu not displaying – Disable slider text after titles

Hi! Sorry for my english... I have a problem: on my site, http://www.andreadiprima.it, no menus display when using a smartphone. I've tried to disable all the plug-in, but still doesn't work. Is there something I can do? I have another question. In the home slider i would like to disable the blurb that follows the title of the page. Is that possible? Thank you!
