Mobile Menu Location and Customization

I use a Child Theme and would like to move the mobile menu location. I have figured out to add the word menu. I want to get have the 3 bars and Menu text show up on the right and be enclosed with a box I can assign a color and have the word Menu on the left side of the 3 bars and not below. http://bayareahuskers.org/wp/
