Mobile Menu

My Top Nav menu on mobile doesn't scroll all the way down. It ends on the second to the last category so that the reader cannot see the full menu. https://beautyblackbook.com/wp-content/uploads/Screenshot_2015-10-06-15-09-07.png I thought it may be because of the amount of items I have but even after deleting a big chunk (everything in the 'musings' section) it still stops in the same place.
