Mobile header image resizes when scrolling

I have been unhappy with how my image crops when viewed on mobile. I have been playing around with this, but have another issue. When I scroll down on mobile (Safari on iphone), the image resizes. It gets slightly larger and makes the display look very "jumpy" site: https://kelliskreativedance.com
