Mobile Featured Image Slider and Mobile Menu

Hi. I've noticed with my Catch Responsive Pro website at www.djbriswatek.com that the Featured Content Slider and Mobile Menu don't load consistently on my phone and my tablet. Sometimes the whole site loads up just the way it is supposed to. However sometimes it loads without the slider--the slider is simply missing. When this is the case, the mobile menu is also not active. When I click on 3 bars, nothing happens. I would say that this happens about half the time on my iPhone and almost always on my iPad. Are there changes I need to make to my website so that it loads consistently, correctly, and completely for mobile?
