Missing theme customization option

Hi,   I have recently updated my Lyna Pro themes and now in the Apperance -> editors the only options I see in the left sidebar menu are Site Identity, Homepage Settings, Additional CSS (and two plugin menus). Is this normal? I remember there being menus for changing fonts etc...
