Missing RSS feed

Hello again My RSS feed has an error, as follows:

Invalid xml declaration. Line: 2 Character: 3 <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><rss version="2.0"

I have absolutely no idea what that means or where to begin fixing it. Please help! Thanks, Ronel
