Minor Menu Issue

Hi, My menu is right next to my logo on the left hand side. I want it placed on the right hand side of the website (see below). www.savingsplusrebate.com I cant find the setting nor the file name that has logo and menu in it to edit the code to accomplish this. Please advise. Thanks
