meta-nav translating

Hello, I've almost finished the wordpress site (http://farma-ceutics.com) with Catch Everest. But I just need to know how to translate the "older posts" and "newer posts" meta from the posts pages. I've put a language package and it works fine, but meta-nav is still in english. Thanks.
