Message no. 3. Still no Support?

Hi Catch Theme Support I am now getting somewhat concerned over the length of time to get help for probably what should be a simple fix. I posted this request for support, see link below, nearly 10 days ago, and still have had no resolution to my enquiry. Someone was assisting though have not heard anything back from him. Is there anyone there who can assist? I would appreciate it if some one could look at the communication string from this link above as it contains all of the information you require regarding the problem. I can resend all of our access details to our admin site again no problems. Please, can someone just assist me to solve this problem. It would be much appreciated. I do hope this "Catches" someones attention. Thanks in anticipation of contact to help Derek
