Menubar and footer width adjustment

This is a great theme still trying to make it a bit more personal. Am quite new at this :-) Just have two questions. 1. Is it possible to adjust the length of the menubar to 1200 instead of 1600. 2 And to do this also for the footer. Or change the color outline So it would be a more compact site.
