MENU toggle down hidden (on mobile devices)

Dear support, I'm trying to find a way to have my menu toggle up instead of down because on mobile devices it's hidden now. When on a desktop the menu is folded open so the problem occurs only on a mobile device or small screen. This is the site: www.vacha.nl thnx!
