Menu text size modification

Hi Team. How may I adjust the font size for the top primary menu? I've done some research into it and apparently I need to modify the Style.css file in this directory /httpdocs/wp-content/themes/catch-responsive-pro But I'm pretty scared of breaking anything. If someone could point me in the right direction inside the file to resize the primary menu text?
