Menu not clickable AND displays classic / modern on phone and computer??

Somehow my menu (modern) style is not clickable, but only for the homepage. I changed it to 'classic', and classic menu appeared on my computer, but my phone remains on 'modern' style for the homepage (not clickable). How does that work? The site is alittledream.com.sg. So apparently you'll see different menus depending on which equipment you use: If you use phone - modern style (not clickable, but only on the 'Home' page; the other pages work fine, for eg. alittledream.com.sg/our-singers) if you use computer - classic (all clickable) Any advice pls??
