Menu Locations

I wish to only have the secondary menu location, but if I uncheck primary location a menu appears that is all out of order. I have checked my site settings for Menu and the customizer but I was looking for an option to "hide" the menu across the very top of the screen. If I leave it then I have double menus on the top and in the secondary position. Anyone have any ideas?
