Menu Layouts – ShutterUp Theme

Hi there, I have downloaded the free theme, and am playing before I choose whether or not to purchase. I can't seem to find an answer to this question... Are you able to have a traditional menu layout? I would prefer this, to just having the 3 bars, like a mobile menu. A menu Bar, with menu items included, would be beneficial. Thanks Richard
