Menu Items text won't format.

When I add a new menu items I am unable to bold text, change text color or skip a line. All show up when I adding the menu items, but fail to show in the completed product. Am I doing something wrong? I would like to bold each menu item and be able to skip or go to the next line. Thank you. http://www.buonospizza.net/menu/
