Menu – is menu justifcation possible?

Hi. I am developing a site using Mustang as a base and was wondering if some sort of menu justification is possible? This site only has 5 primary menu items in a custom menu leaving about 1/3 blank space in the menu bar. Can the menu items be justified to fill across the enitire menu bar? Thanks
