Menu don't Link

Hi, my site is this: http://esgrimascaramouche.com/ I am having problems with the menu. If i open the site for the first time in a pc the buttons don't work properly, because it refresh the home page of the site but not the page I want to go. And I try it on an Ipad and happened the same. Why that could be? Is there a code to solve it? I really need help on this. Thank you, Steff
