Menu doesn't scroll properly in mobile view

Hello, when I view my site on a mobile device, the menu doesn't scroll properly. In portrait mode the menu scrolls, but the page itself scrolls as well under the menu. In landscape mode the menu doesn't scroll at all, only the page itself. See http://www.baconfat.be
