menu does not open on android phone

I have installed catch responsive pro version 4 on painremovers.co.nz and on clicking the three bars of the menu on the mobile phone, the screen shifts to the right to make way for the menu, but the menu does not show. Menu works fine on desktop. I went to the demo on your website and there the menu displays alright on the mobile device. Please advise, thanks
